Forthesixmonthsended30June2024,theGroup’sEPproductsandequipmentsegmentcontinuedtoaddressdemandoftheMainlandChinamarkettobuildalow-carbonandcirculareconomy.Itcompletedfourwatertreatmentprojectsandonefluegastreatmentproject,recordingsalesrevenueofRMB115.4million.Asat30June2024,theGrouphadthreeprojectsonhandandworktobecompletedofaggregatevalueRMB223.6million(taxinclusive).Itexpectstheseprojectstobecompletedbeforetheendof2024. Duringtheperiodunderreview,theGroupestablishedanon-wholly-ownedsubsidiaryPanAsiaEnvironmentalProtectionGroupUSALLC(“PanAsiaUSA”)intheUStodevelopWeb 3.0andAIbusinesses.AbusinesscooperationagreementwassignedwithPowerMetaCorporation(“PowerMeta”)todevelopadecentraliseddisasterrecoverystoragenetwork(“DRNetwork”),whichadoptsIPFSandFilecoinnetworktechnologiestoensurethesecurityandreliabilityofdatatransmission,andrunagencybusinessforgraphicsprocessingunits(“GPU”)computingpowerrentalservices.ThesetwobusinessescontributedUS$11,000andUS$240,000,respectivelytotheGroup’srevenue. 业务回顾 二零二四年上半年，国际社会充斥不明朗地缘政治因素，中国经济增长不及预期。本集团审时度势，积极在环保产品开发、制造、销售及工程服务的稳固基础上，开拓人工智能业务，以掌握绿色永续和信息科技两大经济趋势所带来的机遇，并取得初步成效。 于截至二零二四年六月三十日止六个月，本集团环保产品及设备分部持续针对中国内地低碳及循环经济的市场需求，并完成四个水处理项目及一个烟气处理项目，录得销售收入人民币1.154亿元。于二零二四年六月三十日，本集团手头上有三个项目，尚待完成工程总值为人民币2.236亿元（含税），预期将于二零二四年底前完成。 于回顾期内，本集团亦于美国设立非全资附属公司PanAsiaEnvironmentalProtectionGroupUSALLC（“PanAsiaUSA”），发展Web3.0及人工智能业务，包括与PowerMetaCorporation （“PowerMeta”）订立业务合作协议，开发分散式灾难恢复存储网络（“DR网络”），利用IPFS及Filecoin网络技术确保数据传播安全性及可靠性，以及成功开展图形处理器（“GPU”）计算能力租赁服务的代理业务。此两项业务为本集团分别带来11,000美元及240,000美元的收益。 5 InterimReport2024 二零二四年中期报告 ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis 管理层讨论与分析 FINANCIALREVIEW Inthefirsthalfof2024,theGroupmadeatotalrevenueofRMB115.4million,upby5.9%year-on-yearfromRM
