The Company’s shareshavebeen listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong KongLimited (the “Stock Exchange”) since 24 October 2019. 我們是一家位於中國河南省駐馬店市的駕 駛 培 訓 服 務 供 應 商。我 們 透 過 兩 個 主要營運附屬公司即順達駕校及通泰駕校提供駕駛培訓服務。順達駕校為於2012年創建及開始營運的一所提供小型車輛駕駛考試備考的駕駛培訓服務的合資格二級駕校。通泰駕校是於2014年創建及開始營運的一所提供大型車輛及小型車輛駕駛考試備考的駕駛培訓服務的合資格一級駕校。 Weare a provider of driving training services based inZhumadian City, Henan province, the PRC. We engage in theprovision of driving training services through our two majoroperating subsidiaries, namely Shun Da School and Tong TaiSchool. Shun Da School is a qualified level II driving schoolestablished and commenced operation in 2012 which offersdrivingtraining services for preparation for driving tests ofSmall Vehicles. Tong Tai School is a qualified level I drivingschool established and commenced operation in 2014 whichoffers driving training services for preparation for driving testsof both Large Vehicles and Small Vehicles. CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT(CONTINUED)主 席 報 告（ 續 ） 招生任務持續進行 Continuing Our Enrollment Mission 2023年的新招生任務我們定下了一個富有 挑 戰 性 的 目 標，本 公 司 利 用 微 信 公 眾平台等各種網絡推廣軟件以及TikTok、微信、騰 訊 雲 等 社 交 媒 體 平 台 對 學 校 進 行宣傳。此外，本公司亦於河南省其他城市（如信陽市、周口市及南陽市）的展會上設 立 了 招 生 展 位。儘 管 取 得 了 積 極 的 成果，本 集 團 的 小 型 車 輛 及 大 型 車 輛 的 標準課程招生人數於2023年均有所增長，但由於對駕駛課程的需求普遍下降導致整 體 課 程 招 生 人 數 有 所 下 降，特 别 是 因中美貿易關係持續緊張令物流行業的市場 狀 況 持 續 轉 差，學 員 報 讀 大 型 車 輛 的駕 駛 培 訓 課 程 的 動 力 減 少，而 大 型 車 輛的駕駛培訓課程一直為我們的主要收入來源，佔截至2023年12月31日止年度總收 入 約74.2%。為 了 達 到 招 生 任 務 的 目標，我們在市場推廣方面需要突破，針對潛 在 的 市 場 需 求，我 們 將 進 一 步 推 出 一系 列 優 惠 政 策 及 活 動，務 求 取 得 廣 大 學員 的 支 持，提 升 品 牌 美 譽 度 和 信 譽 度 的同時，進一步增強品牌影響力。 Weset a challenging target of new course enrollment forthe year 2023.
