TheCompanyanditssubsidiaries(the“Group”)areprincipallyengagedintheproductionandsalesofmarbleslagsinthePeople’sRepublicofChina(the“PRC”or“China”).TheGroupisaminingoperator,focusingontheminingofmarbleslags,andownsthelargestbeigemarblemine,inChina(intermsofmarblereservesbasedonthecertificationissuedbyChinaStoneMaterialAssociation（中国石材协会）inAugust2010),namelyZhangjiabaMine,whichislocatedinZhenjiangVillage,XiangshuiCounty,JiangyouCityofSichuanProvince,China.ThefirstminingpermitofZhangjiabaMineexpiredon21February2021.Therenewedminingpermitwasissuedon7March2022andisvalidfrom21February2021to21February2026. TheGroupcommencedafoodservicebusinessintheUKinDecember2021.VirtualrestaurantbrandsoftheGroupinvolveadelivery-onlyoperationwithitsowncentralkitchenforready-to-cookmealkitsforthefoodinvariousculinaryrecipes.TheGroupoperatesthee-commencethroughanonlinewebpage(www.celeplate.co.uk)forconsumersandalsoselltheproductstosomeretailersandshopsasoneofdistributionchannels.TheGrouphascarriedoutaclick-and-mortarstrategybyintegratingtheonlineandofflineoperations. 中国金石矿业控股有限公司（“本公司”）根据开曼群岛法例第22章公司法（1961年第3号法例，经综合及修订）于开曼群岛注册成立为获豁免有限公司。于2016年8月10日（百慕大时间），本公司透过撤销在开曼群岛的注册迁册至百慕大，并根据百慕大法律作为获豁免公司存续。本公司的股份自2011年3月18日起在香港联合交易所有限公司（“联交所”）主板上市。 本公司及其附属公司（“本集团”）主要在中华人民共和国（“中国”）从事大理石矿渣生产及销售。本集团为专注于大理石矿渣开采的矿业营运商，拥有全国米黄色大理石储量最大的矿山（根据中国石材协会于2010年8月发出的证明），即位于中国四川省江油市香水乡镇江村的张家坝矿山。张家坝矿山的首份采矿许可证于2021年2月21日到期，经续期的采矿许可证已于2022年3月7日签发，有效期为2021年2月21日至2026年2月21日。 自2021年12月起，本集团在英国开展食品服务业
