InDecember2021,theCompanycommencedafranchisebusinessinrelationtoa“newmodeoffoodandbeverageconsumption”,whichinvolvedpreparinganddeliveringfoodfromvirtualrestaurantbrandsfordistributiontocustomersintheUnitedKingdom.Somevirtualrestaurantbrandsinthefoodserviceindustryinvolvesadelivery-onlyoperation.TheGrouphascreatedanonlinewebpageforthisbusinesswhichishostedbyathirdpartyfooddeliveryplatformwithfoodofitsownbrandbeingpreparedeitheroutofitskitchenoroutofanexistingfran
