(Tianjin Jun Hua Logistics CompanyLimited*) 11,331.30704.1610,807.91 Tianjin Jun Hua Logistics Company Limited (“Tianjin Jun HuaLogistics”) is principally engaged in the business of property rentalsand operation of storage units. Tianjin Jun Hua Logistics owns aproperty with a land use area of 11,331.30 square metres, comprisingof one building with one storey of 704.16 square metres and anotherbuilding with four storeys of 10,807.91 square metres at TianjinEconomic and Technological Development Zone, Tianjin City, thePeople’s Republic of China (the “PRC”). The property is located inthe Tianjin Harbour, which is one of the main transportation hubs ofthe PRC. This project provides a steady rental income stream to theGroup. Management Discussion and Analysis (Tianjin Hui Li Yuan PowerEquipment Co. Ltd.*) 29,012.7218,3333446,44512 Tianjin Hui Li Yuan Power Equipment Co. Ltd. (“Tianjin Hui LiYuan”) is principally engaged in the business of property rentalsand property development. Tianjin Hui Li Yuan is the legal owner ofthe land use right for a parcel of land with an area of approximately29,012.72square metres located at Tianjin Economic andTechnological Development Zone, Tianjin City, the PRC. The landis now for industrial use and having two 4-storey buildings (namelyBlock Nos. 3 and 4) with a total gross floor area of 18,333 squaremetres under construction. Whilst the construction work f
