The Atradius Payment Practices Barometer is an annual survey that examines international corporate payment behavior. The 2017 edition of the survey focused on the Americas and included companies from Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and the US. A total of 871 interviews were conducted using an internet panel and a web-assisted personal interview (WAPI) method. The sample was divided into three classes of company size, with a quota maintained for each country. The interviews lasted approximately 15 minutes and took place in Q2 of 2017. The survey aimed to provide insights into payment practices in the Americas, including payment delays, payment methods, and payment disputes.
