The Atradius Payment Practices Barometer is an annual survey conducted by Atradius to review international corporate payment behavior. The survey focuses on Western Europe and includes companies from 13 countries. Using a questionnaire, Conclusr Research conducted a net of 2,769 interviews, all of which were conducted exclusively for Atradius. The appropriate contacts for accounts receivable management were interviewed, and the sample consisted of N=2,769 people, with a quota maintained according to four classes of company size. The interviews were conducted through web-assisted personal interviews (WAPI) of approximately 15 minutes duration, and the interview period was Q1 of 2017. The survey results provide insights into payment practices in Western Europe, including the average payment terms, payment methods, and payment delays.
