China’sgrossdomesticproduct(GDP)forthefirsthalfof2023wasRMB59.3trillion1,representinga5.5%increaseoverthesameperiodoflastyear,accordingtothedatareleasedbytheNationalBureauofStatisticsofChina.AstheCOVID-19outbreakstabilises,theimpactofthepandemicontheoveralleconomyofChinahasbeengreatlyreduced.Gradualrecoveryofofflineconsumptiondrovetheoveralleconomicgrowthinthefirsthalfof2023.Pressuresfromshrinkingdemands,supplychainhindrancesandworsenedeconomicoutlookwerealsorelieved.China’seconomyhasenteredastageofstablerecovery.Inrecentyears,Chinahasmadesignificanteffortstodevelopitswatermanagement.AccordingtotheNationalBureauofStatistics,investmentinwatermanagementindustryincreasedby9.6%2inthefirsthalfof2023comparedtothesameperiodinthepreviousyear.InJuly2023,China’sMinistryofEcologyandEnvironmentreleasedareportonnationalsurfacewater.Amongthe3,641nationalsurfacewaterassessmentsections,theproportionofsectionswithexcellentwaterquality(GradeI–III)reached87.8%3,representinganincreaseof2.1%ascomparedtothesameperiodinthepreviousyear.Forthesevenmajorriverbasins,NorthwesternRivers,SouthwesternRiversandriversinZhejiangandFujianProvinces,theproportionofsectionswithexcellentwaterquality(GradeI–III)reached89.1%3,representinganincreaseof1.8%ascomparedtothesameperiodinthepreviousyear.Thishighlightsthatastheeconomygraduallyrecovers,watermanagementdevelopmentisnotleftbehind.Waterqualitynationwidehasbeenimproving.Regardingthedevelopmentofdomesticwatermanagementsystem,theMinistryofWaterResourcesofficiallypublishedtheChinaWaterDevelopment Notes: 1.http://www.stats.gov.cn/sj/zxfb/202307/t20230717_1941310.html 2.http://www.stats.gov.cn/sj/zxfb/202307/t20230715_1941270.html 3.https://www.mee.gov.cn/ywdt/xwfb/202307/t20230721_1036895.shtml 致各位股东： 本人谨代表强泰环保控股有限公司（“强泰环保”或“本公司”，连同其附属公司，统称“本集团”）董事（“董事
