Despitethechallengesfacedduringthepastyear,Iamproudtoreportthatourcompanyhascontinuedtonavigatethechallengingbusinesslandscapewithresilienceandadaptability. WiththeCovid-19pandemiccontinuedtoseverelyaffecttheHongKonglifestyleentertainmentindustrygenerally,thispastyearhasbeenadifficulttimeforourlifestyleentertainmentbusinessinHongKong.Thissegmentcontinuedtoexperienceadownturninperformanceassocialrestrictionsandcautiousconsumerbehaviorexhibitedduringthepandemichinderedouroperations.Furthermore,despitethegradualliftingofvarioussocialrestrictionssinceNovember2022,therecoveryoftheHongKongmarketpostCOVID-19hasbeenslowerthaninitiallyanticipated. Whileourlifestyleentertainmentbusinesscontinuedtoexperiencedownturninperformanceafterimplementingvariouscost-cuttingmeasuresandadaptingnewbusinessstrategies,itisfortunatethatourdecisiontodiversifyintothepropertymanagementsectorseveralyearsagohaspaidoff.Throughoutthischallengingperiod,theperformanceofourpropertymanagementsegmenthasremainedstrongconsistently,showcasingourresilienceandstrengthinthissector. Asaresult,evenwithadropintherevenuefromourlifestyleentertainmentsegmentby27.9%ascomparedwithlastyear,withourpropertymanagementsegmentremainingstrong,ourrevenuehascontinuedtogrowandweachievedaturnaroundinnetresultsfromanetlossofHK$0.1milliontoanetprofitofHK$24.1millionthisyear.
