InHongKong,althoughtheresumptionofprivateconsumptionresultedinlocaleconomicgrowth,afallingoodsexportsamidworse-than-expectedgrowthinadvancedeconomiescontinuedtoposeachallenge.MiredinthedamagingeconomiceffectsofongoingCOVID-19restrictions,HongKongwassurpassedbySingaporeasafinancialhub,slippingtofourthplaceonthelatestGlobalFinancialCentresIndex.DespitecontinuedeffortsbyHongKongExchangesandClearingLimited(“HKEX”)topushaheadwithaseriesofnewpoliciesandinitiatives,theHangSengIndexremainedunderpressureandended2022inthered,mainlyduetothechallengingmacroeconomicandgeopoliticalenvironment. 二零二二年，2019冠状病毒病（“COVID-19”或“疫情”）之影响一直持续，加上俄乌战争及各国央行之货币紧缩政策，使世界经济濒临衰退。在低迷的经济环境下，世界三大经济体——美国、中国及欧盟——之增长乏力，连带影响其他国家之增长。全球IPO市场于二零二一年取得创纪录之佳绩，惟于二零二二年急剧萎缩，不论在交易宗数还是集资总额方面均大幅下降。 在香港，虽然私人消费复苏带动本地经济增长，但发达经济体之增长逊于预期，导致商品出口下降，对香港经济继续构成挑战。受持续不断的COVID-19限制拖累，香港经济陷入了困境，其在最新一期之《全球金融中心指数》中被新加坡超越并跌至全球第四大金融中心。尽管香港交易及结算所有限公司 （“港交所”）一直努力推出一系列新政策及举措，但恒生指数持续受压，并于二零二二年以跌市告终，主要是由于受到宏观经济及地缘政治环境挑战之打击。 5 5 VALUECONVERGENCEHOLDINGSLIMITED汇盈控股有限公司 AnnualReport2022年报 CHAIRMAN’SSTATEMENT主席报告书 China’seconomyexperiencedintensifyingvolatilityin2022asthecountrywashithardbymultipleCOVID-19outbreaks,persistentturmoilinthepropertymarketandsluggishexportdemand,deliveringitsworsteconomicperformanceinnearlyhalfacentury.Additionally,China’sstockmarketswerepoisedfortheirworstyearsince2008astheMSCIChinaIndextumbled–draggeddownmainlybyunderperformingsectorssuchaselectricvehiclesandtechnology–roundsofCOVID-19lockdownsandweakerconsumerconfidence.Onabrighternote,theShanghaiandShenzhenStockExchangeswererankedfirstandsecondworldwide,respectively,bytotalfundraising,andtheywerethekeydriversoftheglobalIPOmarketin2022. Lookingahead,fluctuationsandvolatilitywillremainasthetwoprimarythemesoftheworldeconomyin2023asthebalanceofrisksremainstitledtothedownside,whileeconomicheadwindsareposingunprecedentedinternationaleconomicch
