PROSPECT Lookingforward,theGroupwillcontinuethedevelopmentoftheSmartCitylocatedatthesouthernsideofDonghaiAvenueDonghai IslandMazhangDistrictZhanjiangCityGuangdongProvinceThePRC （东海岛智慧城项目）. Ontheotherhand,theGrouphasanexclusiverighttoconductingsandminingandexportbusinessintheKikoriDeltaintheGulfofPapuaNewGuineawithatotalareaof23,300squarekilometersaswellasinvestingandoperatingportandterminalfacilitiesintheKikoriDelta. TheGroupbelievedthatthepropertydevelopmentandsandminingbusinesshasgoodprospectandisimportanttoourfuturedevelopment.
