Andnow,theendofthepandemicisinsight,theCompanyisconfidentthattheGroupwillgraduallycatchupastheglobaleconomyrecovers,andwillstrivetoachievethenextsuccessmilestoneintheautomotiveindustry. Beijing’s20measuresissuedbythegovernmentofthePeople’sRepublicofChina(“PRC”)inmid-November2022whichledtorollbacksinmasstesting,quarantineandmobilityrestrictionstosuitthenewnorm,thestabilizingUS-Chinarelationship,andthepolicyshiftfromCentralEconomicsWorkConferenceinfavourofprivateenterprise,platformeconomyanddomesticconsumptionareallhavingpositiveimpacttothedevelopmentoftheCompany. TheManagementisdemonstratingunwaveringeffortsandcommitmentinseekingpotentialcollaborationsandinvestmentopportunitiesfortheGroupwithaviewtoimprovingtheliquidity,operationandperformanceoftheGroupinthelongrun.Nevertheless,theGroupwillcontinuetosource,identifyandsecurequalitymanufacturersand/orsupplierswithhigh-levelengineeringand/ormanufacturingcapacitiesinternationallyfortheGroup’sautomotiveinnovationsandproducts. 各位股东： 自二零一九年十二月底COVID-19爆发以来，全球营商环境及经济经历了根本性的重塑。COVID-19疫情旷日持久，持续对汽车行业构成重大挑战，并无汽车业者能够从COVID-19影响中独善其身。遥距办公使我们无法保持最佳的工作效率，本集团的研发进度因此受到严重影响。 目前，大流行有望结束，本公司有信心随着全球经济复苏，本集团将逐步跟上复苏步伐，同时亦会致力于汽车业达致另一成就里程碑。 二零二二年十一月中旬，中华人民共和国 （“中国”）政府出台二十条措施，防控政策发生大逆转，不再实施大规模核酸检测、 隔离及出行限制，以适应新常态。国家亦致力于稳定中美关系，并召开中央经济工作会议，相关政策发生转向，宣告支持民营企业、平台经济发展，并推动扩大内需。凡此种种，无一不对本公司的发展产生积极影响。 管理层展现担当作为，矢志为本集团物色各种潜在合作及投资机会，以期长远改善本集团的流动资金状况、营运及业绩。尽管如此，本集团将继续于全球范围内寻找、物色具备高水平工程及╱或制造能力的优质制造商及╱或供应商，并与之携手合作，推动本集团于汽车方面创新，打造卓越产品。 04HybridKineticGroupLimitedAnnualReport2022 主席报告书 Chairman’sStatement WehavenoticedthatthereisanewroundofinvestmentwaveintocleanenergyfollowingthestrongrecoveryoftheUSeconomy,especiallybywayoffinancialinstrumentssuchasSpecialPurposeAcquisitionCompany.OurBoardhasmadethemostoutoftheprecioustimeduringthelockdowntomaintainconstantandin-depthdiscussionsviaremoteworkingmodelwithprivateequityfirms,investmentbanks,lawfirmsandotherpartnerssoastoexplorenewways,aswellastodeviseandimplementnewplansforraisingcapitalfortheGroup.TheGroupwilldoubleitsefforts,workharderthanever,graspeveryopportunitytoexpandthedevelopmentspace,andmakeupforlosttimein2022duringtheyearof2023.
