BUSINESSREVIEWANDPROSPECTS Sincethesecondhalfof2021,thepropertymanagementindustryinthePRChasfacedunprecedentedchallenges.Thecontroloverunplannedexpansionintheupstreamrealestateindustryisexpectedtoresultinthefocusonsustainablelong-termdevelopment.Undersuchmarketenvironmentencompassingbothchallengesandopportunities,onlybymaintainingstrongpersistence,constantlyoptimizingtheirowncorecompetitivenessandenhancingtheirownservicelevelcanpropertymanagemententerprisesestablishtheirfootholdinthehigh-pressureenvironment.
