Inthefirsthalfof2022,theGroupopenedanettotalof33stores.AdditionalsalesfromnewstorespartiallyoffsetthedeclineinSSSGbroughtaboutbythepandemic.TheGroup’stotaljewelleryandwatchsalesinthefirsthalfof2022fell1%year-on-year. TheinternationalgoldpriceexhibitedaV-shapedtrendduringthefirsthalfof2021,howevergoldpricedemonstratedaninvertedV-shapedtrendduringthesameperiodof2022.ThisresultedintheGroupgaininganapparenthighergrossprofitmargininthesalesofgoldjewelleryincomparison.Theoverallgrossmarginfromcontinuingoperationsincreasedby6.2percentagepointsto28.5%inthefirsthalfof2022.Ontheproductside,goldjewelleryproductsremainedthepreferredchoiceofcustomersandweremoreresilienttopandemicimpact.Salesofwatcheswereaffectedbypandemiclockdownsthatthrottledsupplyfromthedistributor. TheGroup’sconsolidatedturnoverfromcontinuingoperationsforthefirsthalfof2022decreasedby7%toHK$10,092million.ProfitattributabletoownersoftheCompanydecreasedby12%toHK$472million.ProfitattributabletoownersoftheCompanyfromcontinuingoperationsdecreasedby10%toHK$481million. 综观 反覆的2019冠状病毒疫情持续干扰本集团的业务表现。于2022年中国新年期间，在中国大陆、香港和澳门地区的销情颇为理想，但新一波疫情随之而来，中国大陆一些主要城市实施了严格的社交距离措施窒碍了消费。疫情亦使香港和澳门的零售业瘫痪了。直到6月，随着疫情渐趋缓和，中国大陆的珠宝及钟表销售开始录得按年增长，而香港则在4月受惠于消费券带动，销售大幅反弹。 2022年上半年度本集团净开店共33间。新店的额外销售抵消了部分疫情带来的同店销售增长下跌。本集团2022年上半年度总珠宝及钟
