TheGrouphasmarkedamajormilestonein2020withitslisting(the“Listing”)ontheMainBoardofTheStockExchangeofHongKongLimited(the“StockExchange”)on14February2020(the“ListingDate”),undoubtedlyprovidinganeffectiveplatformfortheGroup’sfurtherdevelopmentinthemarket.TheadditionalcapitalraisedandabroadercapitalbaseasaresultofListingreinforceourdeterminationtothefuturegrowthintheelectrical-relatedE&MengineeringworksinMacauandpromoteourGroupasawell-organisedenterprisetothepublic. Duringthesixmonthsended30June2022(the“Period2022”),theGrouprecordedtotalrevenueofapproximatelyMOP127.1million,whichincreasedbyapproximatelyMOP53.1millionor71.8%fromapproximatelyMOP74.0millionforthePeriod2021.Theincreasewasmainlyattributableto(i)thecontinuouseaseoflocalsocialquarantinemeasuresforCOVID-19epidemicimposedbytheMacauSpecialAdministrativeRegion(“SAR”)GovernmentwhichleadtoimprovementinconstructionprogressforcertainoftheGroup’son-goingprojectsinMacauforthePeriod2022;and(ii)theincreaseinrevenuefromanewprojectinHongKongasaresultofsuccessfulmanagement’sstrategyimplementedsincelastyeartodiversifytheuncertaintyandriskimposedbyCOVID-19epidemic.
