InEurope,geopoliticsandenergysecurityissueshaverisentothepoliticalagendaasenergypriceshavesoared.TheconflicthascausedmanygovernmentstoreconsidertheirenergypoliciesanddependenceonRussiaforenergy.AmovetoeliminateorreduceRussiangasimportswouldmeanscramblingforalternativestominimizeeconomicdisruption.TheEuropeanUnion(“EU”)mayturntootherenergyexporters.However,thiswillrequiretheEUtoquicklyaddressinfrastructureforpipelines,storageterminalsandtankers.Naturalgasistheleastpollutingofallfossilfuels,anditsimportscanalsobepartiallyreplacedbyoilandcoal.InEurope,nuclearpowerisusedtoreducerelianceonRu
