We completed the second year of our 3x3 Plan, whichcontinues to accelerate our Aon United strategy by further integrating Risk Capital andHuman Capital, expanding Aon Client Leadership (“ACL”), and leveraging Aon BusinessServices (“ABS”) to drive greater capability, innovation, and eƯiciency. As we continue toexecute against our strategic andƱnancial goals, we are enhancing Aon’s relevance andcapabilities amid rising client demand in an increasingly dynamic macro environment.Over the last year, we achieved several important milestones, and as a result we arewinning more opportunities, deepening client relationships, and delivering greater value toour stakeholders. Our clients entered 2025 facing unprecedented complexity and volatility, as they continuedto navigate the challenges and opportunities driven by the interconnected megatrends ofTrade, Technology, Weather, and Workforce. These trends continue to reshape howorganizations manage risk, access capital, protect critical infrastructure, and attract andretain talent. As these forces converged, they drove heightened volatility and uncertaintyacross the global landscape, further elevating the growing need for Aon’s trusted advice,data, and insights – making our integrated capabilities more essential to clients than everbefore. Through Aon United, we are strongly positioned to help our clients make betterdecisions across risk and people issues. Against this backdrop, we delivered another year of strongƱnancial results that reƲect theconsistency and durability of our business model. We enter 2026, theƱnal year of our 3x3Plan, with momentum and greater conviction than ever in our long-term growth trajectory. Executing Our 3x3 Plan to Accelerate Our Aon United Strategy Aon United remains central to how we create value – bringing the fullƱrm to clients as asingle, globally connected team that combines deep experience, data and analytics, andinnovation to deliver better outcomes. Execution of our 3x3 Plan throughout 2025 resultedin meaningful milestones grounded in the three strategic commitments we made: •Integrated solutions connected across Risk Capital and Human Capital.Thisstructure allows clients to employ a holistic risk strategy across their full business,leveraging our insights and analytics so that they can see their businessesdiƯerently across their own internal silos. In 2025, we continued to deepenintegration across our solution lines to better meet rising client demand. Wedeepened relationships with clients across Risk Capital and Human Capital by expanding partnerships that have historically engaged in a single solution line intofully integrated relationships spanning both businesses, driving greater value andlong-term impact. Our data center work also demonstrates the power of this modelin action, connecting Commercial Risk, Reinsurance, analytics, and cybercapabilities to support clients across the full lifecycle of their most criticalinvestments. •Client leadership at scale.We expanded Aon Client Leadership in 2025 and we areseeing the results, including higher new business and better retention. We remaincommitted to expanding our ACL model and continuing to deliver value to clientsthrough this integrated model along with our best-in-class analytics andcapabilities. •Accelerating Aon Business Services. ABS continues to serve as the scalableplatform that powers our innovation and eƯiciency initiatives. In 2025, we expandedand enhanced our risk analyzers and launched innovative tools such as our AI-enabled Aon Broker Copilot, as well as our Aon Claims Copilot, helping colleaguesdeliver faster, more actionable data-driven insights and improve service outcomes. Our execution of these priorities is producing tangible results today while strengthening thefoundation for sustained performance through 2026 and beyond. Investing in Talent to Drive Sustainable Growth Aon’s ability to deliver sustainable growth has always been powered by our colleagues. In2025, we continued to attract, develop, and retain top performers who see the signiƱcantvalue they can create for clients by leveraging our analytics and globally connectedcapabilities. Our client-centric Aon United strategy is the diƯerentiator when it comes toattracting talent. In a highly competitive hiring environment, we expanded revenue-generating talent by a net 6% during the year, making targeted hires in high-growth priorityareas such as construction, energy, and health. Importantly, our talent strategy is about hiring in the right areas and making our talent moreeƯective by pairing experience and insights with leading content, analytics, and tools. WithABS as our global capability platform, we are giving both new and existing Aon colleaguesthe ability to deliver for clients in ways not previously possible. The investments we made in2025
