Hong Kong’s consumer marketremained under strain amid the “northbound consumption”trend,and the media industry has been acceleratingits transformation amid the dual forces of technologicaladvancement and shifting audience consumption habits. 回 顧 二 零 二 五 年，全 球 經 濟 格 局 與 媒 體 生 態 迎來 深 刻 變 革，地 緣 政 治 的 不 確 定 性 持 續 牽 動 市場 走 勢。香 港 消 費 市 場 受「北 上 消 費」趨 勢 影 響承 壓 運 行，媒 體 行 業 亦 在 技 術 迭 代 與 受 眾 消 費習慣重塑的雙重浪潮中加速轉型。 面 對 多 重 挑 戰，本 集 團 憑 藉 近 八 十 八 年 沉 澱 的品牌公信力與堅持創新的發展理念，全面推進「內容深耕」與「新媒體轉型」雙輪驅動戰略，並透過精 準 優 化 內 部 架 構，全 方 位 提 升 營 運 效 能 與 成本管控水平。 Against this challenging backdrop, drawing on nearly 88years of established brand credibility and a commitmentto innovation, the Group fully implemented its dual-enginestrategy of “In-Depth Content Development” and “New MediaTransformation”. Through strategic internal restructuring, wehave elevated operational efficiency and strengthened costcontrol across the organisation. We continued to solidify the influence of our flagship publications– Sing Tao Daily, Headline Daily and The Standard – whileaccelerating the integration and innovation of new mediabusinesses. We hosted a series ofhigh-profile, industry-leading forums, including “Sing Tao RealEstate Development Trends Forum 2025” and “New VisionEconomic Summit 2025”.
