TheGrouprecordedalossforthePeriodofapproximatelyHK$27.0million,ascomparedtotheamountofapproximatelyHK$8.0millionforthePrecedingPeriod,whichwasmainlyattributabletothedecreaseofgrossprofitmarginandthesignificantincreaseofdistributioncostsandadministrativeexpensesforthePeriod. Advertising TheGroupcontinuedtomaintainitssalesandmarketingteamforthisbusinesssegment.Theteamhasbeenworkedinadvertisingenterprisesandpossessanextensiveclientelenetworkandarealsoexperiencedinadvertisementdesignandplanning. Intheyear,theGrouphasofferedvalue-addedservicestoitsclientsannualadvertisingsolutionsonvariousmediaplatformssuchasadvertisingonmasstransportationandsocialmedia,whichhassharpeneditscompetitiveedgeforsuccessfullyretainingitsexistingclientswhileexpandingitsclientbasebyclients’referrals.Thankstostrongbrandequity,theGrouphasbeenabletomaintainstableclientbasewithhighdegreeofcustomerloyalty,whilealsoattractingnewcustomersegmentsandenteringnewmarketsthisyear. 管理层讨论及分析 业务及财务回顾 概览 于截至二零二四年九月三十日止六个月回顾期间(“本期间”),本集团录得收入约36.6百万港元,较截至二零二三年九月三十日止六个月(“先前期间”)达致的约43.1百万港元大幅减少约15.1%,乃主要由广告服务、销售新能源电池及销售保健品业务产生。本期间概无录得销售新能源非道路汽车的收入。 本集团录得本期间亏损约27.0百万港元,而先前期间则录得约8.0百万港元,乃主要由于本期间毛利率减少以及分销成本及行政开支大幅增加所致。 广告 本集团继续维持该业务分部的销售及营销团队。该团队曾在广告企业工作,拥有广泛的客户网络,亦拥有广告设计及策划方面的经验。 本年度,本集团通过于各种媒体平台上向客户提供年度广告解决方案来提供增值服务,如于大众交通及社交媒体上刊登广告,提升了竞争优势以在透过客户推介扩大客户基础的同时成功留住现有客户。由于品牌资产强大,本集团能够维持稳定的客户基础和较高的客户忠诚度,同时亦于本年度吸引新客户群并打入新市场。 2JiadingInternationalGroupHoldingsLimitedInterimReport2024 DuringthePeriod,theGroup’sadvertisingservicesbusinessrecordedarevenueofapproximatelyHK$34.8million,ascomparedtothatofapproximatelyHK$35.4million,recordedinthePrecedingPeriodrepresentingadecreaseofapproximately1.7%.ItwasmainlyresultfromweakmarketsentimentsduringthePeriod. TheGroupwouldcloselymonitortheexistingoperationsofthissegmentbydeployingproportionatedresourcestomaintainasteadyoperationwithaviewtocapturingthebusinessopportunitiesinthesecondhalfoftheyear.
