Withanaimtointegratethedigitalmembershippoints,resourcesandstrategicadvantagesofthebusinesspartnersintheChangyouAlliance,theGrouphasdevelopedanelectronicplatform,“Changyou”(the“ChangyouPlatform”).TheGroupstrivestodeveloptheChangyouPlatformasanintegrativeandsecuredplatform,soastopreserveandmaximisethevalueofdigitalpointsasvirtualassetsfortheplatformusers.Withthedevelopmentofblockchaintechnology,digitalassetshavereceivedincreasingattentionfromtheindustry.Byleveragingadvancedtechnologiessuchasblockchainandbigdata,theChangyouAllianceaimstodevelopaglobalfinancialplatformfortheissuance,circulation,storageandpaymentsettlementofblockchaintokenisationofassets. Inthefirsthalfof2024,buildingonthemerchantecosystemdevelopedovertheyears,theChangyouPlatformhadoptimiseditsproductsandstrengtheneditspenetrationintoqualityscenariosofsoftwareasaservice(“SaaS”)digitalpointsservices,target-orientedserviceandcorporateservices,promptingsteadygrowthoftheusersize. TheChangyouPlatformhasundergonerapiddevelopment,withfurtherincreasesofmembersandusers,morediversifiedproductsandservices,andoptimisedbusinessmodelsandconsumptionscenarios.Asat30June2024,theChangyouPlatform’stotalnumberofregistereduserswasapproximately227.9million,representinganincreaseofapproximately24.2millionnewlyregistereduserscomparedtothetotalnumberofregisteredusersasat31December2023.
