Withanaimtointegratethedigitalmembershippoints,resourcesandstrategicadvantagesofthebusinesspartnersintheChangyouAlliance,theGrouphasdevelopedanelectronicplatform,“Changyou”(the“ChangyouPlatform”).TheGroupstrivestodeveloptheChangyouPlatformasanintegrativeandsecuredplatform,soastopreserveandmaximisethevalueofdigitalpointsasvirtualassetsfortheplatformusers.Withthedevelopmentofblockchaintechnology,digitalassetshavereceivedincreasingattentionfromtheindustry.Byleveragingadvancedtechnologiessuchasblockchainandbigdata,theChangyouAllianceaimstodevelopaglobalfinancialplatformfortheissuance,circulation,storageandpaymentsettlementofblockchaintokenisationofassets. 业务回顾 畅由联盟集团有限公司（“本公司”或“畅由”）及其附属公司（统称为 “本集团”）利用其于电子商贸业务的多年经验，把握市场机遇进军数字积分业务部分及行业。于二零一七年下半年，联合建银国际（控股）有限公司、银联商务股份有限公司共同发起，及特邀中银集团投资有限公司、中国移动（香港）集团有限公司、中国东方航空股份有限公司共同组建畅由数字积分商业生态联盟（“畅由联盟”）。 本集团开发专为电子交易而设的畅由平台（“畅由平台”），旨在集成业务伙伴在畅由联盟的数字会员积分、资源及战略优势。本集团致力使畅由平台成为一体化及安全的平台，保障平台用户的权益，发挥积分作为虚拟资产的最大价值。随着区块链技术的发展，数字资产受到越来越多行业内的关注。畅由联盟依托区块链、大数据等先进技术，致力于打造一个面向全球的资产区块链通证的发行、流通交易、存储及支付结算的商业金融平台。 4 ChangyouAllianceGroupLimitedInterimReport2022 TheChangyouPlatformhasundergonerapiddevelopment,withfurtherincreasesofmembersandusers,morediversifiedproductsandservices,andoptimisedbusinessmodelsandconsumptionscenarios.Asat30June2022,theChangyouPlatform’stotalnumberofregistereduserswasapproximately122.0million,representinganincreaseofapproximately25.3millionnewlyregistereduserscomparedtothetotalnumberofregisteredusersasat31December2021. Inthefirsthalfof2022,relyingonthemerchantecosystemdevelopedin2021,theChangyouPlatformoptimizeditsproductsandstrengtheneditspenetrationintoqualityscenariosofsoftwareasaService(“SaaS”)digitalpointsservice,crowdtargetedserviceandcorporateservices,promptingsteadygrowthoftheusersizeandcontinuousimprovementinbusinessrevenueandoperatingprofitsonayear-on-yearbasis.Afterwithstandingthedifficultiesarisingfrommultipleoutbreaksofthepandemicinthefirsthalfoftheyear,thefoundationofcompletingthetasksofthewholeyearwaslaid.
