Withthecontinueddownturnintheeconomicenvironment,thedemandintheconsumermarkethasdeclinedasawhole,andthecompetitivepressureintheterminalmarkethasfurtherincreased.ItisofparticularimportancetoreduceproductcoststoenhancethecompetitivenessoftheGroup’sproducts.TheGroupadjusteditsprocurementstrategytoensurethereductionofprocurementcoststhroughmeasuressuchassupplierplacementandselection,bidding,annualpricenegotiation,pricenegotiationforlarge-valueordersandestablishmentofpricingmodels.Inaddition,wewereadvancingtheprogressoflocalizedprocurementinVietnamandstrengtheningtheself-madecapabilitiesoffactoriesinVietnam,suchastheconstructionoffront-endworkshopsandimprovingtheself-maderate,toreducelogisticstransportation,transhipmentandpackagingcostsandpromotetechnologicalreformsandthusachieveall-roundcostreduction.
