Withthecontinueddownturnintheeconomicenvironment,thedemandintheconsumermarkethasdeclinedasawhole,andthecompetitivepressureintheterminalmarkethasfurtherincreased.ItisofparticularimportancetoreduceproductcoststoenhancethecompetitivenessoftheGroup’sproducts.TheGrouphasbeenadjustingitsprocurementstrategy.Itadoptedannualpricenegotiationandpricenegotiationforlarge-valueorders,monitoredthetrendofbulkrawmaterialsanditscorrelationwiththepricingofpurchasedmaterials,andpromotedtechnologicalreformstoensurethereductionofprocurementcosts.
