BusinessReview TheGroupisanelectronicmanufacturingservices(the“EMS”)providerofferingcomprehensiveassemblingandproductionservicesofprintedcircuitboardassembly(the“PCBAs”)inthePRCthatintegrateresearchanddesign,selectionandprocurementofrawmaterials,assemblingofPCBAs,qualitycontrol,testing,logisticsandaftersalesservices. TheGrouptappedintothefinancialtechnologybusinesswiththecooperationofathird-partybusinesspartner(the“ReganGroup”)sincethesecondhalfyearof2022byacquisitionofthe60%registeredcapitalofShanghaiReganFinancialInformationServiceCo.,Ltd.*(the“ReganFinancialInformation”)(the“Acquisition”),whichisprincipallyengagedinprovisionofthefinancial-relatedapplicationplatform(the“FinancialApplicationPlatform”)andrelatedmaintenanceservices(the“PlatformMaintenanceServices”).However,beinganewentranttothefintechandinsurancerelatedmarket,theGroupisfacingkeencompetitionfromlargeinsurancegroupswiththeirownonlineplatformsinthePRCandfinditdifficulttoexpandthecustomerscale,andthedevelopmentofthefinancialtechnologybusinesswasslowerthanexpected.
