HangSengIndexraised5.53%between2January2024and30June2024. OperationalReview DuringthePeriod,theGroupcontinueditsinvestmentactivitiesinbothlistedandunlistedinvestmentsandotherrelatedfinancialassets.Thoseinvestmentswhichareheldforrevenueinnaturefortaxpurposeareheldfortradinginnature.Whilethoseinvestmentswhichareheldforcapitalinnaturefortaxpurposeareheldforlongterminnature. Asmentionedinmarketreviewsection,thelistedinvestmentsoftheGrouphadmixedresultsatPeriodEndDate. ProceedsondisposaloffinancialassetsatFVTPLwhicharerevenueinnaturehaddecreasedbyaroundHK$892,000fromthatof2023Period. ProceedsondisposaloffinancialassetsatFVTPLwhicharecapitalinnaturehaddecreasedbyaroundHK$5,336,000fromthatof2023Period. Otherthanthelistedinvestments,theGroupdidnotmakeanynewunlistedinvestmentduringthePeriod. SubsequentEvents On11July2024,thestockbrokerprovidingthemarginloantoourGroupmadeademandforfullrepaymentoftheoutstandingloanamountofapproximatelyHK$2.57milliononorbefore12July2024.Thisdemandwasmadedespitethefactthatwehadnotexceededthemarginratioof55%ofthemarketvalueofthesharesofapproximatelyHK$5.71millionoranequivalentofapproximatelyHK$3.14million.Thestockbrokerthensoldthesharesheldascollateralon15July2024,realizingproceedsofapproximatelyHK$2.63millionbeforeanycharges.ThisresultedinalossofapproximatelyHK$3.07millionfromthecarryingvalueofapproximatelyHK$5.71million.Theloanfromasecuritybrokerwasfullyrepaid.Asaresultoftheaboveevent,asat31July2024theGroup’sunauditedconsolidatednetLiabilitiesbecameHK$6,495,000andnetLiabilitiesvaluepersharewasapproximatelyHK$0.05. 业务回顾 市场回顾 随着经济活动在疫情后恢复正常，全球复苏面临着商品价格高企、高通货膨胀、供应链中断、地缘政治紧张加剧以及发达经济体货币政策收紧等困境。这些因素导致金融界面临困难，大多数货币兑美元走势疲弱。 恒生指数由2024年1月2日至2024年6月30日上升5.53%。 经营回顾 于本期间，本集团继续进行上市及非上市投资和其他相关金融资产之投资活动。持作（就税务而言）为收益性质的有关投资乃为买卖性质持有，而持作（就税务而言）属资本性质的有关投资则为长期性质而持有。 如市场回顾一节所述，本集团的上市投资于期结日表现好坏参半。 出售按公平值计入损益之金融资产之所得款项（属收益性质）较2023期间减少89.2万港元。 出售按公平值计入损益之金融资产之所得款项（属资本性质）较2023期间减少533.6万港元。 除上市投资外，本集团于本期间并未有新的非上市投资。 结算日后事项 于2024年7月11日，向本集团提供贷款的证券经纪要求于2024年7月12日或之前悉数偿还未偿还贷款金额约257万港元。该偿还贷款要求是在本集团的欠债没有超出该证券经纪提供55%的上限。该投资在2024年7月11日市值价约571万港元，上限额大约是314万港元。该证券经纪随后于2024年7月15日出售了作为抵押品持有的股票，未扣除任何费用之前实现了约263万港元的收益。与帐面价值约571万港元相比对，这导致亏损约307万港元。而证券经
