Results TheGroup’srevenueforthefirsthalfof2024wasapproximatelyHK$2,773.2millionandtheprofitattributabletoownersoftheCompanywasapproximatelyHK$35.8million.Intermsofconstructionbusiness,theGrouphasbeenawarded9newprojectsintheReportingPeriodandtheaggregateoriginalcontractsumofnewlyawardedprojectswasapproximatelyHK$4.1billion.DuringtheReportingPeriod,theGroupwasnotonlyawardedanumberofmegaprojectsintheHongKongmarket,includingindustrialandcommercialprojectsandpublichousingdevelopment,butalsocontinuedtostrengthenitsbusinessintheUnitedKingdomandMalaysiamarkets.Intermsofourenvironmentaloperationsbusiness,theGrouphad3projectswithanaggregateoriginalcontractsumofapproximatelyHK$6.9millionand19projectsrelatingtoserviceconcessionarrangementsandoperationservices.TheGrouphascontinuedtoimproveitsdevelopmentstrategyinboththeconstructionandenvironmentaloperationssegmentstowardsamorediversifiedbusinessstructure,wherethetwobusinessesdeliversubstantialsynergyandcreateastabledevelopmentmomentumasawhole.
