EXTERNALENVIRONMENT Overthepastyear,theglobaleconomyhasshowncautiousoptimism.Majoreconomiesaroundtheworldhavesuccessfullyavoidedsevererecessions,maintaininglowunemploymentrateswhilecontrollinginflation.However,challengessuchashighinterestrates,debtsustainability,geopoliticaltensions,andclimatechangecontinuetoexertongoingpressureoneconomicgrowth. AccordingtotheUnitedNations’“2024Mid-YearWorldEconomicSituationandProspects”reportreleasedonMay16,theglobalgrowthrateinthecomingyearsisexpectedtoremainbelowthe3.2%averagelevelduringthe2010-2019period.Thereportforecastsglobaleconomicgrowthof2.7%in2024and2.8%in2025,whichare0.3and0.1percentagepointshigherthanthepredictionsmadeinJanuarythisyear,respectively. TheeconomyoftheHongKongSpecialAdministrativeRegion(“HongKong”)begantoreboundin2023aftertheimpactofthepandemic,recordingmoderategrowthinthefirstquarterof2024,withrealGDPgrowingby2.7%year-on-year.Theseasonallyadjustedunemploymentrateremainedatalowlevelof3.0%,andemploymentincomegrewrobustly. Inthecryptoassetsector,2023wasayearfilledwithvolatilityanduncertainty.Themarketunderwentsignificantadjustmentsbutlatershowedsignsofrecoveryandgrowth.AccordingtoCoinMarketCap,thetotalmarketcapitalizationofcryptoassetsincreasedfromapproximatelyUSD2.0trillionatthebeginningof2023toUSD2.5trillionatthebeginningof2024,reflectingthemarket’sresilienceandgrowthpotential.However,thehighFederalReserveinterestrateshavenotledtosignificantliquidityinjectionsintothemarket,resultinginnoclearpricetrends. 各位股东： 本人谨代表欧科云链控股有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司统称“本集团”）董事（“董事”）会 （“董事会”）欣然向本公司股东（“股东”）提呈本集团截至二零二四年三月三十一日止年度（“本年度”）的年度报告（“本报告”）。 外部环境 过去一年，全球经济发展呈现谨慎乐观态势。世界主要经济体成功避免了严重衰退，并在控制通货膨胀的同时保持了较低的失业率。然而，高利率、债务可持续性、地缘政治紧张和气候变化等挑战，对经济增长构成了持续压力。 根据联合国五月十六日发布的《二零二四年中期世界经济形势与展望》报告，未来数年的全球增长率预计仍将低于二零一零-二零一九年期间3.2%的平均水平。报告预计世界经济在二零二四年将增长2.7%，二零二五年将增长2.8%，较今年一月的预测分别高出0.3和0.1个百分点。 香港特别行政区（“香港”）在经历了疫情冲击后，二零二三年经济开始反弹，并在二
