FINANCIALHIGHLIGHTS •RevenueoftheGroupforthePeriodwasapproximatelyHK$182.2million(forthesixmonthsended30September2021:approximatelyHK$191.2million). •ProfitattributabletotheownersoftheCompanyforthePeriodamountedtoapproximatelyHK$35.2million(LossattributabletotheownersoftheCompanyforthesixmonthsended30September2021:approximatelyHK$28.9million). •BasicanddilutedearningpershareforthePeriodamountedtoapproximatelyHKcent0.66(Basicanddilutedlosspershareforthesixmonthsended30September2021:approximatelyHKcent0.54). •TheBoarddoesnotrecommendthepaymentofanyinterimdividendforthePeriod(2021:Nil). BUSINESSREVIEW TheGroup’smajorsourcesofrevenuearefromfoundation,buildingconstructionworksandancillaryservices,constructionwasteshandlingservices,digitalassetsrelatedbusinesses,technicalservicesandotherbusinesses. DuringthePeriod,theGrouphadnomaterialchangeinitsbusinessnatureandprincipalactivities. 欧科云链控股有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司统称“本集团”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”）欣然向本公司股东（“股东”）提呈本集团截至二零二二年九月三十日止六个月（“期内”）的中期报告（“报告”）。 财务摘要 •期内，本集团之收益约为182.2百万港元 （截至二零二一年九月三十日止六个月：约191.2百万港元）。 •期内，本公司拥有人应占溢利约为35.2百万港元（截至二零二一年九月三十日止六个月本公司拥有人应占亏损：约28.9百万港元）。 •期内，每股基本及摊薄盈利约为0.66港仙 （截至二零二一年九月三十日止六个月每 股基本及摊薄亏损：约0.54港仙）。 •董事会不建议派付期内之任何中期股息 （二零二一年：无）。 业务回顾 本集团的主要收益来源来自地基、楼宇建筑工程及配套服务、建筑废物处理服务、数字资产相关业务、技术服务及其他业务。 于期内，本集团的业务性质及主要活动并无重大的变动。 4 OKGTechnologyHoldingsLimitedInterimReport2022 ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis 管理层讨论及分析 BUSINESSREVIEW(CONTINUED) Foundation,BuildingConstructionWorksandAncillaryServices ThefoundationworksoftheGroupmainlyincludebuildingconstructionworks,siteformationworks,excavationandlateralsupport(“ELS”)works,pilingconstruction,pilecapsorfootingconstructionandreinforcedconcretestructureworks,andancillaryserviceswhichmainlyincludehoardinganddemolitionworksandleaseofmachinery. DuringthePeriod,revenuefromthissegmentwasapproximatelyHK$84.8million,representingadecreaseofapproximately18.1%ascomparedwithapproximatelyHK$103.5millionforthecorrespondingperiodin2021.Suchdecreasewasmainlyduetothedecreaseinthenumberofprojectsundertaken.
