BUSINESSREVIEW InMay2023,theWorldHealthOrganization(WHO)declaredanendtotheCOVID-19publichealthemergency,suggestingthethree-yearrecurrentpandemicissubsiding.Astheworldhasenteredthe“post-pandemicera”,economicrecoveryhasnowbecomeatopicattractedwideattention.Nevertheless,theglobaleconomyfacesbothopportunitiesandchallengesamidhighuncertaintiesoftheincreasingChina-UStradefrictions,theglobaleconomicslowdownaswellasgeopoliticalconflicts.TheInternationalMonetaryFundforecastedthatglobaleconomicgrowthwouldbottomoutat2.8%in2023andwillriseslightlyto3.0%in2024.Globalinflationwouldalsofallfrom8.7%in2022to7.0%thisyearandto4.9%in2024. Asaninternationalfinancialcenter,HongKonghasseenitseconomicdevelopmentalsodamagedsincetheoutbreakoftheCOVID-19pandemic.Entering2023,theimpactsofthepandemicaregraduallyreceding,HongKong’seconomyimprovedvisiblyinthefirstquarterof2023,ledbythecross-borderopening,aswellasastrongrecoveryofinboundtourismanddomesticdemand.RealGrossDomesticProduct(GDP)recoveredyear-on-yeargrowthof2.7%,comparedwithacontractionof4.1%intheprecedingquarter. Theuncertainmarketenvironmenthasledtoareshuffleofthevirtualassetsindustry,andaseriesof“BlackSwan”eventsin2022acceleratedthedevelopmentofanindustry-wideregulatoryframework.DuringtheYear,theGroupcloselymonitoredthemarketandindustrytrends,adjusteditsbusinessstrategypromptly,activelyexploredmarketopportunities,andconsolidatedresourcestocontrolitscostandenhanceefficiency.Withtimelyexpandedtheinnovativebusiness,theGrouprecordedsignificantgrowthintheresultoftheYear. 各位股东： 本人谨代表欧科云链控股有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司统称“本集团”）董事（“董事”）会 （“董事会”）欣然向本公司股东（“股东”）提呈本集团截至二零二三年三月三十一日止年度（“本年度”）的年度报告（“本报告”）。 业务回顾 二零二三年五月，世界卫生组织(WHO)宣布结束新冠疫情公共卫生紧急状态。这表明持续反覆近三年的新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)疫情正在消退，全球迈入“后疫情时代”，经济复苏成为各界关注的话题。然而在中美贸易摩擦、全球经济放缓、地缘政治冲突等大环境的影响下，全球经济发展的未来走势仍然充满着不确定，机遇与挑战并存。国际货币基金组织预测，二零二三的全球经 济增速将在2.8%的水平上触底回升，二零二四年将小幅上升至3.0%。全球通胀率也将从二零二二年的8.7%降至今年的7.0%和二零二四年的4.9%。 香港作为世界金融中心，自新冠疫情爆发以来经济发展也受到了冲击。随着二零二三年疫情放缓，关口开放，在访港旅游业和本地需求强劲复苏带动下，香港经济在二零二三年第一季明显改善，实质本地生产总值(GDP)恢复按年增长2.7%，而在上一季则收缩4.1%。 充满不确定性的市场环境催生了虚拟资产行业的洗牌。而二零二二年爆发的一系
