Coronavirusdiseasewiththegreatestfalloutinarecentcenturybrokeout,ithasanunprecedentedinfectiosityandithadspreadtoeverycorneroftheworldinjusttwotothreemonths,includingthelargesteconomiessuchastheUnitedStates,China,EuropeandJapan.Tofightagainsttheoutbreak,thestrictestisolationmeasureshavebeenintroducedallovertheworld,includingthelockdownandclosuremeasures,whichuptothisdate,havenotbeenentirelylifted.Thedailyactivitiesofthepeoplehavebeenforcedtosuspend,andmoreimportantly,theproductionactivitieshavebeenhalted,whichhasseriouslyaffectedtheglobaleconomy.Sofar,thepriorityofthegovernmentsaroundtheworldisstilltocombattheoutbreak.Althoughthecentralbanksofvariouscountrieshaveintroducedmassivebailoutmeasurestoboosttheweakeconomy,itisbelievedthattheglobaleconomycanonlygraduallyrecoveraftertheoutbreakiscontainedanddemandrises. ChairmanReport 主席报告书 本人谨代表皇冠环球集团有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司，统称“本集团”）之董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”），欣然提呈本集团截至二零二四年三月三十一日止财政年度（“本年度”）之全年业绩。 于二零二四年三月三十一日，本集团总资产规模达到约1,438.2百万港元，本年度本公司股东（“股东”）应占亏损约126.8百万港元，较截至二零二三年三月三十一日止财政年度（“上年度”）减少约942.6百万港元。 于本年度，本集团于中华人民共和国（“中国”）主要从事物业投资、物业发展、酒店营运、金融顾问服务、提供大健康策划管理服务及优质白酒贸易及发展业务。 随着爆发近世纪影响最大之新冠肺炎疫情，其传播性之强历来罕见，短短三、两个月疫情已蔓延至全球每一角落，包括最大的经济体美国、中国、欧洲、日本等无一幸免。全球各地为对抗疫情，纷纷推出最严厉之隔离措施，锁国封城，时至今日，该等措施仍未完全解除。人民日常活动被逼暂停，更重要的是令生产停顿，严重影响全球经济。
