DuringtheYear,werecordedtotalrevenueofMOP128.3million.Businessactivitieswereslowerwhencomparedwiththelastthreeyears.ThevarioussectorsinMacauSpecialAdministrativeRegion(“Macau”)andtheentirecitywereovershadowedbynegativesentiment.Asaresult,ourbusinessperformancewasinevitablyandadverselyaffected. Despitefacingachallengingbusinessenvironment,wedidmanagetowinagoodnumberofprojects.However,theirprofitmarginswerenotatallhandsomeforthestrategicreasonofuswishingtomaintainrelationshipwithourcustomers.Asaresult,therevenuefromcertainprojectswithlowprofitmarginwasnotabletocoveralltheassociatedfixedcostsandsalariesoftheGroup.Thebiggestexpenditureitemsofouroperationshavealwaysbeensalarycostplusotherfixedcosts.Nevertheless,backedbyourwell-establishedmarketpositionandreputation,wewillcontinuetosecuremoreelectricalandmechanical(“E&M”)contractsaswellasimplementstringentcostcontrolmeasures,thusareconfidentofseeingourbusinessandincomeimproveinthenearfuture. Lookingforward,withtheUniversityofMacaupredictinggrossdomesticproductofMacausettoincreasebybetween8.3%and21%in20241,weareoptimisticabouttheoutlookofMacauandherE&Mindustryasawhole,andinturnourbusinessperformance.WewillexplorenewbusinessfrontiersfortheGroup.Oureyesaresetonpublichousingprojects,newgovernmentinitiatives,andpursuitsofallkinds.Withsignificantprogressmadeinoptimizinginternaloperations,weareachievinggreaterefficienciesandcostsavingsonvariousoperationalfronts.Asimportantly,wehavealsostrengthenedourcorecompetence,bestpractices,advancedconstructiontechnologiesandfinancialposition. 尊敬的各位股东： 本人谨代表濠江机电控股有限公司（“本公司”）呈报本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”或“我们”）截至2023年12月31日止年度 （“本年度”）的全年业绩。 本年度，我们录得总收益128.3百万澳门元。与过去三年相比，商业活动有所放缓。澳门特别行政区（“澳门”）乃至整个城市的各行各业都被负面情绪所笼罩。因此，我们的业务表现不可避免地受到不利影响。 尽管面临严峻的商业环境，我们还是赢得了不少项目。然而，出于与客户保持良好关系的战略考虑，这些项目的利润率并不高。因
