DuringtheReportingPeriod,wecontinuedtobeconfrontedbystiffheadwinds.Thoughwehavecertainlyexperiencedmanypeaksandtroughsinourhistory,thechallengespresentedduringtheYearandintherecentpasthavebeenunprecedentedowingtotheCOVID-19pandemicandourprofitwasinevitablyaffected.Despitethis,wehaveperseveredandprudentlyusedthesehardtimestobettertheGroup.WhilerevenuefortheYeartotaledMacanesePataca(“MOP”)143.0million,wehavecontinuedtowinnewelectricalandmechanical(“E&M”)contracts,thevalueofwhichwillbereflectedinthenearfuture.Breakingnewground,wehavealsosteeredtheGrouptonewbusinessfrontiersintheformofpublichousingprojects,amongotherpursuits.Atthesametime,wehavereinforcedtieswithvendors,businesspartners,customersandtheMacauSARGovernment.Progresshasbeenmadeaswellinoptimizinginternaloperations,whichinturnwillresultingreaterefficienciesandcostsavings.Justassignificant,wehavefurtherstrengthenedourcorecompetencies,bestpractices,advancedconstructiontechnologiesandfinancialposition. Alloftheaforementionedachievementsareduetothecompetence,commitmentandpassionoftheMacauE&Mworkforce.DuringtheYear,eachmemberofourstaffplayedanintegralroleinprotectingthewellbeingoftheGroup.Inappreciationfortheirindividualandcollectiveefforts,wehavedoneourutmosttosafeguardtheintegrityofouroperationalteams.Furthermore,wehaveextendedtrainingtoadvancetheirprofessionaldevelopment.Wehavealsokeptourretentionofexistingworkforcewithoutstaffredundancyintheyearof2022.ThisstanceembodiestheGroup’soverallviewtowardscorporatesocialresponsibilityanditsowncorporateculture,whichistorespectstaffandcontributefurther. 尊敬的各位股东： 本人谨代表濠江机电控股有限公司（“濠江机电”或“本公司”）呈报本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）于截至2022年12月31日止年度（“本年度”或“报告期间”）的全年业绩。 报告期内，我们继续面对凛冽的逆风。尽管本集团曾经历许多风雨，但由于COVID-19疫情，年内和最近我们面临史无前例的挑战，盈利难免受到影响
