This report lists the ACEA member company petrol vehicles that are compatible with using 'E10' petrol. The list is based on the European Union Fuel Quality Directive, which introduced a new market petrol specification containing up to 10% ethanol by volume. The list indicates whether a vehicle is compatible with E10 petrol or not. It is important to note that in countries that offer E10 petrol, it is recommended to check that the vehicle is compatible before filling it with E10 petrol. If a vehicle is not compatible, it is recommended to contact the local vehicle dealer, manufacturer or roadside assistance provider. If necessary, the fuel tank should be drained by a competent organization and refilled with the correct grade of petrol for the vehicle. If there are any issues when using E10 petrol, owners are advised to contact their local vehicle dealer or manufacturer and use 95RON (or 98RON) petrol instead.
