The Arthur D. Little survey in the Middle East and North Africa found that telecom operators in the region are motivated to reduce their energy use due to cost reduction and compliance with parent company emissions requirements. The survey also revealed that regional operators do not attach strong strategic significance to reducing CO2 emissions. The survey aimed to create a better understanding of the level of sustainability management in regional telecom operators.
