There is a need for a new playbook for CMOs to enable real-time marketing and drive sustainable growth. This playbook should include strategies for data collection, analysis, and action, as well as best practices for implementing real-time marketing campaigns. CMOs should also focus on enhancing customer experience and loyalty through data-driven marketing.
