The BrandFinance Banking 500 is a report published annually by Brand Finance plc, ranking the top 500 most valuable banking brands in the world. The report includes profiles of the top 20 banks, regional results, sector results, and a methodology for valuing brands. The global banking industry has recovered much of the ground lost after the 2008 financial crisis, with total global bank brand values being the highest they have ever been. The report also includes a Banking Forum in February, where experts challenged banks to think outside the box when it comes to customer focus.
