Constructionandsiteformationservices DuringtheReportingPeriod,revenueamountedtoapproximatelyHK$29.7million,approximatelyHK$44.1millionlowerthanthecorrespondingperiodin2022.SuchdecreasewasmainlyattributabletotheprojectsonhandfrompreviousyearswereattheirlaterstageofcompletionwhilethenewprojectawardedwasinitsinitialstageduringtheReportingPeriod. DuringtheReportingPeriod,therewasonenewprojectawardedwithcontractsumofapproximatelyHK$1.0million(2022:nil). Asat30September2023,thefourprojectswithrelatedvariationordersonhandareinprogress,withatotalcontractsumofapproximatelyHK$437.7million(2022:fourprojects,approximatelyHK$533.1million).ApproximatelyHK$25.1millionwasrecognisedasrevenuefromthreeofthesefourprojectsduringtheReportingPeriodwhileapproximatelyHK$4.6millionoftherevenuewasgeneratedfrompreviouscompletedprojects.
