INTERIMRESULTS TheGrouprecordedunauditedconsolidatedrevenueofHK$325.1millionforthesixmonthsended30September2023,representinganincrementof6.9%ascomparedtotherevenueofHK$304.1millionforthesixmonthsended30September2022.TheincrementinunauditedconsolidatedrevenuewasmainlyduetothenormalprogressinworkprogrammesofseveralmajorprojectsundertakenduringthecurrentperiodastherewasdelayinworkprogrammesinpriorperiodduetotheCOVID-19pandemic.RevenueforthecurrentperiodwasmainlycontributedbyresidentialdevelopmentprojectsatN.K.I.L6579LungCheungRoad,TMTL483TuenMunSiuHongandTPTL244PakShekKok. TheunauditedconsolidatedprofitattributabletoownersoftheCompanyforthesixmonthsended30September2023wasHK$4.5million,representinganincreaseof136.8%ascomparedtoHK$1.9millionforthelastcorrespondingperiod,mainlyattributabletotheincreaseinrevenueandgrossprofitmarginwhichrosefrom4.4%forthepriorperiodto9.7%forthecurrentperiod.ThelowergrossprofitmargininpriorperiodwasmainlyduetotheextracostsincurredbytheGrouptospeeduptheinstallationprocessinsomeconstructionsiteswhoseworkprogrammewasdelayedasaresultofCOVID-19pandemic.Theincreaseinunauditedconsolidatedprofitforthecurrentperiodwaspartiallynettedoffbytheincreaseintheshareoflossofajointventure,whichincreasedbyHK$6.8millioninthecurrentperiodduetotheimpairmentlossrecognisedonthepropertiesunderdevelopmentinsuchjointventure.
