INTERIMRESULTS Forthesixmonthsended30September2022,theGrouprecordedunauditedconsolidatedrevenueofHK$304.1million,representingadropof20.1%fromHK$380.5millionforthesixmonthsended30September2021.Thedropinunauditedconsolidatedrevenuewasmainlyduetothedelayinworkprogrammesofcertainprojects.RevenueforthecurrentperiodwasmainlycontributedbyresidentialdevelopmentprojectsatN.K.I.L6563KaiTak,TMTL483TuenMunSiuHong,andTPTL230TaiPoKau. TheunauditedconsolidatedprofitattributabletoownersoftheCompanyforthesixmonthsended30September2022wasHK$1.9million,representingadecreaseof91.3%ascomparedtoHK$21.8millionforthelastcorrespondingperiod,mainlyattributabletothedecreaseingrossprofitmarginfrom10.9%forthepriorperiodto4.4%forthecurrentperiod,duetotheextracostsincurredbytheGrouptospeeduptheinstallationprocessinsomeconstructionsiteswhoseworkprogrammewasdelayedasaresultofCOVID-19pandemic.
