BUSINESSREVIEW TheprincipalactivitiesoftheGroupare(i)constructionbusinesswhichincludedprovisionofformworkservicesandotherconstructionservices;and(ii)E-Commercebusiness. ConstructionBusiness TheGroupisaHongKong-basedformworkcontractor,mainlyengagedintheprovisionof(a)formworkservices,comprisingof:(i)conventionalformworkwhichisbuilton-sitebymainlyusingtimberandplywood;and(ii)prefabricatedformworkwhichisbuiltoutofprefabricatedmodulesbymainlyusingaluminiumandsteel;and(b)otherconstructionservices. Formworkisthetemporarysupportingstructuresandmouldsusedinconstructionwhereconcreteispouredinandtobemouldedintotherequiredstructuralshapeandsize.Whenweundertakeaformworkproject,wearegenerallyresponsibleforprojectplanningandimplementation,procurementofmaterials,qualitycontrolandoverallmanagementofourdirectlabourandworkersofourengagedsubcontractorsincarryingouttheimplementationofformworkservicesinaccordancewiththemaincontractors’requirementsandspecifications. Duringthecourseofprovidingourformworkservices,wemayalsoberequestedbyourcustomers,intheformofvariationorders,toprovideotherconstructionservices,includingplastering,installingcurtainwallandothermiscellaneousworksonanancillarybasis. Duringthesixmonthsended30September2023,7newprojectswithanaggregatecontractvalueofapproximatelyHK$642.8millionwereawardedtotheGroup.6projectswerecompletedduringthePeriod.Asat30September2023,25projectswiththeoutstandingcontractsumofapproximatelyHK$1,140.2millionwereallinprogress. 中期业绩 智勤控股有限公司（“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会 （“董事会”）欣然提呈本公司及其附属公司（统称 “本集团”）截至2023年9月30日止六个月（“期内”）的未经审核简明合并中期财务报表，连同2022年同期的比较数字。 业务回顾 本集团之主要活动为(i)建造业务（包括提供模板服务及其他建造服务）；及(ii)电子商务业务。 建造业务 本集团为以香港为基地的模板承造商，主要业务为提供(a)模板服务，包括(i)于现场主要采用木材及夹板构建的传统模板；及(ii)主要采用铝及钢以预装模块建成的预制模板；及(b)其他建造服务。 模板为临时支撑性结构及模具，乃用于建筑工程内，以盛载灌入的混凝土，塑造出所需的结构形状及大小。当我们承接模板工程时，我们通常负责项目规划及实施、材料采购、质量控制以及整体管理我们的直接劳工及我们所委聘分包商的工人按照总承包商的要求及规格实施模板服务。 提供模板服务的过程中，客户或会以变更工程指令的方式，要求我们以附加基准提供其他建筑服务，包括泥水批荡、玻璃幕墙安装及其他杂项工程。 于截至2023年9月30日止六个月，本集团接获7项合约价值总额为约642,800,000港元的新项目。6项项目已于期内完成。于2023年9月30日，共有25项未偿付合约价值总额为约1,140,200,000港元的在进行项目。 4ChiKanHoldingsLimited智勤控股有限公司InterimReport2023中期报告 E-CommerceBusiness TheGrouphasengagedinE-CommercebusinesssinceMarch2021viaBaiyinChiKanTechnologyDevel
