Results In2021,asaffectedbygovernmentalpoliciesofthePRC,creditwastightenedacrosstheboardandthemarketcontractedsignificantlyintherealestateindustry.UndersuchcircumstancestheCompanyencounteredunprecedenteddifficultiesanddefaultedonitsdebtsforthefirsttimeon11August2021.Meanwhile,duetofinancialstressandon-goingprojectdevelopmentandconstruction,salesfortheyeardroppedsignificantly,withcontractedsalesamountingtoRMB3,221millionandcontractedsalesareaamountingto294,872squaremeters,whichmeansonlyapproximatelyone-thirdoftheplanfortheyearwasbeingachieved.
