BUSINESSREVIEWANDPROSPECTS Thedecreaseinthenetlossfortheyearwasmainlyattributableto(i)theabsenceofgrosslossandwrittendownofinventoriesontheliquorandwinebusinessofapproximatelyHK$27million;(ii)thedecreaseinafairvaluelossofapproximatelyHK$26millioninrespectofthefinancialassetsatfairvaluethroughprofitorloss;and(iii)thedecreaseinthegeneralandadministrativeexpensesofapproximatelyHK$13million. Duringtheyearunderreview,thehotelhospitalitybusinessrecordedarevenueofapproximatelyHK$25.6million(2022:approximatelyHK$15.9million)andasegmentlossofapproximatelyHK$10.3million(2022:approximatelyHK$9.1million).Thesegmentlosswasmainlyduetotheimpairmentlossonproperty,plantandequipment. Asat30June2023,theGrouphadloansreceivablewithgrossprincipalamountofapproximatelyHK$161.9million(2022:approximatelyHK$162.7million)withrelatedgrossinterestreceivablesofapproximatelyHK$68.8millionfortheyearended30June2023(2022:approximatelyHK$51.6million). 各位股东： 本人谨代表德泰新能源集团有限公司（“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”）欣然提呈本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二三年六月三十日止年度之全年业绩。 业务回顾及展望 年内亏损净额减少主要归属于以下各项：(i)酒类产品业务并无录得毛损及存货撇减约27,000,000港元；(ii)按公平值计入损益之金融资产之公平值亏损减少约26,000,000港元；及(iii)一般及行政开支减少约13,000,000港元。 于回顾年度，酒店款待业务录得收益约25,600,000港元（二零二二年：约15,900,000港元）及分类亏损约10,300,000港元（二零二二年：约9,100,000元）。分类亏损主要由于物业、厂房及设备之减值亏损所致。 于二零二三年六月三十日，本集团有本金总额约161,900,000港元（二零二二年：约162,700,000港元）之应收贷款，而于截至二零二三年六月三十日止年度的相关应收利息总额约为68,800,000港元（二零二二年：约51,600,000港元）。 Chairman’sStatement 主席报告 ThemoneylendingbusinessrecordedasegmentlossofapproximatelyHK$8.6million(2022:approximatelyHK$10.9million).Thesegmentlosswasmainlyresultedfromtheimpairmentlossonloansreceivable. Therevenueoftheliquorandwinebusinessfortheyearended30June2023wasapproximatelyHK$0.1million(2022:approximatelyHK$18.9million)andasegmentlossofapproximatelyHK$0.6millionwasrecordedfortheyearended30June2023(2022:approximatelyHK$26.9million).ThebulksalestothedistributorthattheCompanycanliquidatetheinventoriestobecashforgeneralworkingcapitalandotherinvestmentopportunity.TheGrouphadcontinuallysourcethecustomerstoselltheinventoriesduringtheyear.
