BUSINESSREVIEWANDPROSPECTS Theincreaseinnetlossfortheyearwasmainlyattributableto(i)thegrosslossandwrittendownofinventoriesontheliquorandwinebusinessofapproximatelyHK$27millionduetothebulksalesoftheinventoriesoftheliquorformorecashinflow;(ii)afairvaluelossofapproximatelyHK$70millioninrespectofthefinancialassetsatfairvaluethroughprofitorloss;and(iii)theimpairmentlossonloansreceivableofapproximatelyHK$13million. Duringtheyearunderreview,thehotelhospitalitybusinessrecordedarevenueofapproximatelyHK$15.9million(2021:approximatelyHK$18.8million)andasegmentlossofapproximatelyHK$9.1million(2021:approximatelyHK$22.6million).Thedecreaseinsegmentlosswasmainlyduetothestrictcostcontroloftheoperation. Asat30June2022,theGrouphadloansreceivablewithgrossprincipalamountofapproximatelyHK$162.7million(2021:approximatelyHK$200.6million)withrelatedgrossinterestreceivablesofapproximatelyHK$51.6millionfortheyearended30June2022(2021:approximatelyHK$41.1million). 各位股东： 本人谨代表德泰新能源集团有限公司（“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”）欣然提呈本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二二年六月三十日止年度之全年业绩。 业务回顾及展望 年内亏损净额增加主要归属于以下各项：(i)大批出售酒类存货以获取更多现金流入而导致酒类产品业务之毛损及存货撇减约27,000,000港元；(ii)按公平值计入损益之金融资产之公平值亏损约70,000,000港元；及 (iii)应收贷款之减值亏损约13,000,000港元。 于回顾年度，酒店款待业务录得收益约15,900,000港元（二零二一年：约18,800,000港元）及分类亏损约9,100,000港元（二零二一年：约22,600,000元）。分类亏损减少主要由于严格的营运成本控制所致。 于二零二二年六月三十日，本集团有本金总额约162,700,000港元（二零二一年：约200,600,000港元）之应收贷款，而于截至二零二二年六月三十日止年度的相关应收利息总额约为51,600,000港元（二零二一年：约41,100,000港元）。 4DETAINEWENERGYGROUPLIMITED•ANNUALREPORT2022 Chairman’sStatement 主席报告 ThemoneylendingbusinessrecordedasegmentlossofapproximatelyHK$10.9million(2021:segmentprofitofapproximatelyHK$13.3million).Thesegmentlosswasmainlyresultedfromtheimpairmentlossonloansreceivable. Therevenueoftheliquorandwinebusinessfortheyearended30June2022wasapproximatelyHK$18.9million(2021:approximatelyHK$0.4million)andasegmentlossofapproximatelyHK$26.9millionwasrecordedfortheyearended30June2022(2021:approximatelyHK$0.8million).ThebulksalestothedistributorthattheCompanycanliquidatetheinventoriestobecashforgeneralworkingcapitalandotherinvestmentopportunity.TheGrouphadcontinuallysourcethecustomerstoselltheinventoriesduringtheyear.
