Forthesixmonthsended30June2023(the“CurrentPeriod”),thetotalrevenuedecreasedbyapproximately34.2%toRMB1,093.1millionascomparedtothesameperiodoflastyearduetoadecreaseinrevenuefromconstructionservicesbyRMB513.6million(approximately83.7%)toRMB100.0million.Astheproportionofrevenuefromconstructionservicesdecreased,theoverallgrossprofitmarginfortheCurrentPeriodwas49.8%,representinganincreaseof6.6percentagepointsoverthesameperiodoflastyear.ThegrossprofitandprofitattributabletoownersoftheparentfortheCurrentPerioddecreasedby24.2%and59.5%comparedwiththecorrespondingperiodlastyeartoRMB544.8millionandRMB81.8millionrespectivelyasaresultofthedecreaseintotalrevenue. TheactualwastewatertreatmentvolumefortheCurrentPeriodreached608.4milliontonnes,representingaslightincreasecomparedwiththesameperiodlastyear,andtheutilizationrateofthewastewatertreatmentplants(the“WTPs”)remainedatarelativelyhighlevelof82%.ThenetoperatingcashinflowfortheCurrentPeriodwasRMB10.0million,maintainingapositivebalance.Inrespectoffinancingactivities,theaverageinterestratefortheCurrentPeriodwas6.06%,representinganincreaseof0.25percentagepointsoverthesameperiodlastyear,whiletheproportionoflong-termborrowingstototalborrowingsincr
