BusinessReviewandOutlook TheGroupisaHongKong-basedsubcontractorengagedintheprovisionofwettradesworksandthewettradesrelatedancillaryworksinHongKong.Since2021,capitalisingonourexpertiseandexperienceinprovidingwettradesrelatedsolutions,weestablishedanonlineplatformforsubscriberstospecifythepaymentapplicationinourdatabase. Provisionofwettradesanditsrelatedancillaryworks TheGroupprovideswettradesworksthroughitsprincipaloperatingsubsidiaries,namely,PakFaiEngineeringLimited(“PakFai”)andMaYauEngineeringLimited(“MaYau”).BothoftheprincipaloperatingsubsidiarieshavebeenregisteredintheRegisteredSpecialistTradeContractorsScheme(formerlyknownastheSubcontractorRegistrationScheme)oftheConstructionIndustryCouncil.PakFaiandMaYaufirstcompletedsuchregistrationunderthepredecessorschemeinApril2004andourregistrationhassincethencoveredfinishingwettrades,marble,graniteandstoneworkwithawiderangeofspecialtiesincludingbrickwork,plasteringandtiling,sprayplasterandscreeding,marbleandgraniteworks. Asat30June2023,theoriginalcontractsumoftheGroup’songoingprojects(includingprojectsthathavecommencedbutnotsubstantiallycompletedaswellasprojectsthathavebeenawardedbutnotyetcommenced)inaggregateamountedtoapproximatelyHK$27.5million.Asatthedateofthisreport,theGroupwasinthecourseofbiddingfororpendingthetenderresultsoffourprojects,withanestimatedtotalcontractsumofapproximatelyHK$103.6million. Provisionofconstructioninformationtechnologyservices BasedonourDirectors’practicalexperience,anypotentialcustomers,suchaswettradesserviceprovidersintheconstructionindustry,whoarenotfamiliarwithpaymentrequestandwithoutconnectionstospecialistcontractorsmayeventuallyseekfromexternalresourcesforassistanceinperformingtheirdutiessuchasinformationoncalculationoftotalworkdoneintheirprojects. 恒新丰控股有限公司（“本公司”）董事 （“董事”）会（“董事会”）欣然提呈本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月（“回顾期间”）之简明综合中期财务报表。 业务回顾及前景 本集团乃为位于香港从事提供泥水工程及泥水相关配套工程的分包商。自二零二一年起，我们善用提供泥水相关解决方案的专业知识及经验成立了一个网上平台，供用户在我们的数据库内制定付款申请。 提供泥水及其相关的配套工程 本集团透过其主要营运附属公司栢辉工程有限公司（“栢辉”）及马友工程有限公司（“马友”）提供泥水工程。该两间主要营运附属公司均已于建造业议会的注册 专门行业承造商制度（前称分包商注册制度）注册。栢辉及马友于二零零四年四月首次完成先前制度下的注册，而我们的注册自此覆盖泥水
