公司簡介CORPORATE PROFILE 6,982,937,81768.72% China Resources Cement Holdings Limited was incorporated on 13 March 2003 in the Cayman Islands as anexempted company with limited liability under the Companies Law of the Cayman Islands and is the holdingcompany of all the cement and concrete operations of China Resources Group. The Company was listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 29 July 2003 by way ofintroduction. In 2006, the Company was privatized as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Smooth Concept InvestmentsLimited (currently known as CRH (Cement) Limited) by China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited and the listingof the Company’s shares on the Stock Exchange was withdrawn on 26 July 2006. The Company was re-listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange on 6 October 2009 by way of a global offering.As at the date of this report, the total number of issued shares of the Company was 6,982,937,817 shares, of whichChina Resources Group is holding approximately 68.72% of the issued shares of the Company.
