Revenue TheGroup’stotalrevenuedecreasedbyapproximately48.6%fromapproximatelyRMB103.4millionforthesixmonthsended 30June2022toapproximatelyRMB53.1millionforthesixmonthsended30June2023.Duringthesixmonthsended30June2023,theGroup’sChinabranchofficeoperationswasaffectedbythedownhillsituationofPRC’smarcoeconomicenvironment,aswellastheGroup’sHongKongbranchofficeoperationswasaffectedbytheRussian-UkrainianWarandglobalinflation,resultinginadecreaseinordersfrombothPRCandoverseascustomers.Detailsofrevenuebyproducttypearesetoutinnote4tothecondensedconsolidatedfinancialstatementsassetoutinthisinterimreport. Smarttoys Smarttoyvehicles TheGroup’ssmarttoyvehiclesmainlycomprisefullfunctionradiocontrolledtoyvehicles,whicharemanufacturedindifferentscales.Duringthesixmonthsended30June2023,theGroup’ssmarttoyvehiclesaremostly“kidztech”brandproductsandco-brandedproductscollectivelyreleasedbytheCompanyandrenownedautomobilemanufacturers.TheGroupalsomanufacturesunderoverseascustomers’brandsonoriginalequipmentmanufacturing(“OEM”)andoriginaldesignmanufacturing(“ODM”)bases. Duringthesixmonthsended30June2023,theGroup’srevenuefromsalesofsmarttoyvehicles,whichdroppedbyapproximately48.6%fromapproximatelyRMB103.4millionforthesixmonthsended30June2022toapproximatelyRMB53.1millionforthesixmonthsended30June2023duetothereasonsmentionedabove.
