Revenue TheGroup’stotalrevenuedecreasedbyapproximately5.0%fromapproximatelyRMB53.1millionforthesixmonthsended 30June2023toapproximatelyRMB50.5millionforthesixmonthsended30June2024.Duringthesixmonthsended30June2024,theGroup’sChinabranchofficeoperationswereaffectedbythedownhillsituationofPRC’smacroeconomicenvironment,whiletheGroup’sHongKongbranchofficeoperationswereaffectedbytheRussian-UkrainianWarandglobalinflation,resultinginadecreaseinordersfrombothPRCandoverseascustomers.Detailsofrevenuebyproducttypearesetoutinnote4tothecondensedconsolidatedfinancialstatementsassetoutinthisinterimreport. Smarttoys Smarttoyvehicles TheGroup’ssmarttoyvehiclesmainlycomprisefullfunctionradiocontrolledtoyvehicles,whicharemanufacturedindifferentscales.Duringthesixmonthsended30June2024,theGroup’ssmarttoyvehiclesaremostly“kidztech”brandproductsandco-brandedproductscollectivelyreleasedbytheCompanyandrenownedautomobilemanufacturers.TheGroupalsomanufacturesunderoverseascustomers’brandsonoriginalequipmentmanufacturing(“OEM”)andoriginaldesignmanufacturing(“ODM”)bases.
