Afterthreeyearsofzero-COVID-19policyimplementedinthePeople’sRepublicofChina(the“PRC”)since2020,thePRCgovernmentfinallyannouncedinDecember2022,anationwidelooseningofitshardlineCOVID-19restrictionsthathadhammeredtheworld’ssecondbiggesteconomy.Furthermore,WorldHealthOrganizationchiefhasdeclaredendofCOVID-19asthepublichealthemergencyofinternationalconcernsince5May2023.However,asthePRC’seconomyisstillrecoveringfromtheCOVID-19pandemic,theGroupmadevariousadjustmentsbusinessstrategyduringtheyearsuchasstreamlinedthebusinessoperationsinthePRCmarkettocontroloperatingcosts,implementedaneffectivecashflowmanagementstrategy,andassessedthebusinessexpansionplanwithamoreprudentapproach. RESULTSFORTHEYEAR TheGroupcontinuedtofocusonpharmaceuticalwholesaleanddistributionbusiness,andprovideshemodialysistreatmentandconsultancyservicebusinessinthePRC. TheCOVID-19pandemicrestrictionsin2022inthePRChasmadeitchallengingforeveryonebuttheGroup’sbusinessremainsrobustandresilientandweareproudtoseetotalrevenueoftheGroupfortheyearwasapproximatelyHK$173.702million,representinganincreaseofapproximatelyHK$18.879millionascomparedto2022.ThegrossprofitwasapproximatelyHK$56.936million,representinganincreaseofapproximatelyHK$2.702millionascomparedto2022.TheprofitfortheyearattributabletotheownersoftheCompanywasapproximatelyHK$1.820millionasaresultofthecontinuingimprovementontheGroup’soperationofthehemodialysistreatmentandconsultancyservicebusinesssegmentinthePRC. 各本人位谨股代东表万嘉集团控股有限公司（“本公司”）之董事会（“董事会”），欣然提呈本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二三年三月三十一日止年度之经审核财务业绩。 于中华人民共和国（“中国”）自二零二零年起实施三年COVID-19清零政策后，中国政府终于于二零二二年十二月宣布在全国范围内放松其严格的COVID-19限制，相关限制对该全球第二大经济体构成打击。此外，世界卫生组织总干事宣布，自二零二三年五月五日起，COVID-19不再为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件。然而，由于中国经济仍处于自COVID-
