RESULTS Forthereportingperiod,theGrouprecordedatotalrevenueofapproximatelyRMB3,449.0million,representinganincreaseofapproximately17.8%comparedwiththeyearended31December2021.ThegrossprofitforthereportingperiodwasapproximatelyRMB957.0million,representinganincreaseofapproximately17.5%comparedwiththeyearended31December2021.TheprofitattributabletotheownersoftheCompanyforthereportingperiodamountedtoapproximatelyRMB42.1million,representingadecreaseofapproximately75.2%comparedwiththeyearended31December2021.BasicearningspersharewasRMB0.83cents(2021:RMB3.34cents).ThecontractedpropertysalesoftheGroupforthereportingperiodwasapproximatelyRMB2,277.0millionwithcontractedgrossfloorarea(“GFA”)ofapproximately209,343squaremeters(“sq.m.”),representingadecreaseofapproximately58.4%incontractedsalesandapproximately57.0%incontractedGFAincomparisonwiththeyearended31December2021. REVIEWOFTHEREPORTINGPERIOD Inyear2022,therealestateindustryfacedunprecedentedchallengesduetorepeatedepidemicsinmanyplaces,overlappingwiththeexpecteddeclineinresidents’incomeandtheweakenedreleaseofhomebuyerdemand.AccordingtothedatafromtheNationalBureauofStatistics,fromJanuarytoDecember2022,thenationalsalesareaofcommercialpropertieswasapproximately1,358.37millionsq.m.,decreasedbyapproximately24.3%comparedwiththesameperiodlastyear;thesalesamountofcommercialpropertieswasapproximatelyRMB133.38billion,decreasedbyapproximately26.7%comparedwiththesameperiodlastyear.Anewlowsince2017. Undertheimpactoftheepidemicacrossthecountryandthecontinuousdownturnoftherealestatemarket,theGroupadheredtothedevelopmentkeynoteofseekingprogressinastablemanner,ensuringthedevelopmentanddeliveryofprojects,propercashflowmanagementandconsolidationofstrategiclayoutadvantagestoformavirtuouscycle. 各位股东： 本人谨此代表中国三迪控股有限公司（“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”），欣然呈报本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度（“报告期”或“本年度”）之年报。 业绩 报告期内本集团录得总收入约人民币3,449,000,000元，较截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度增加约17.8%。报告期内的毛利约为人民币957,000,000元，较截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度增加约17.5%。报告期内本公司拥有人应占溢利约为人民币42,100,000元，较截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度减少约75.2%。每股基本盈利为人民币0.83分（二零二一年：人民币3.34分）。报告期内本集团实现合约物业销售额约为人民币2,277,000,000元，合约总建筑面积（“总建筑面积”）约209,343平方米（“平方米”），较截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度的合约销售额减少约58.4%及合约总建筑面积减少约57.0%。 报告期回顾 2022年，多地疫情反复，迭加居民预期收入下降，购房者需求释放减弱，房地产行业面临前所未有的挑战。根据国家统计局数据显示，2022年1月至12月，全国商品房销售面积约为135,837万平方米，与去年同期相比下降约24.3%；商品房销售金额约为人民币1,333.8亿元，与去年同期相比下降约26.7%。创自2017年以来的新低。 在全国各地疫情影响，房地产市场持续走低的环境下，本集团坚持稳中求进的发展基调，保证项目的开发及交付，妥善进行现金流管理，巩固战略性布局优势，形成良性循环。 Chairman’sStatement 主席报告书 PROSPECTS Lookingforwardto2023,China’seconomicworkwillcontinuetofocuson“stability”,concentratingo
